Question for the group re: employee benefits programmes #HR

As you will know, one of the aims of HR Club Sydney is help share knowledge and insight into what is best practice in HR, so that as a group we can lift the profession by not all reinventing the wheel in our respective companies.

I have had a few questions about employee benefits programmes recently so I thought it might be worthwhile running a short survey which of course the results will be shared once accumulated.
