First Cab off the rank is a HR Manager Position- details below
This role within the insurance industry covers approximately 170 staff across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, China and Japan.
This role is responsible for managing all HR functions and attending weekly conference calls with global HR team.
- Matrix reporting-Functional Head Globally for HR based in Amsterdam and local Regional Director for Oceania
- Key stakeholders- APAC Risk Director and Asia Director
- Sits on Oceania Leadership Team and works across Asia Country Managers
There is a Compensations and Benefits Manager that works 4 days per week reporting to this position.
There is some travel involved- once to twice a year to Amsterdam and min of once a year to each Asian Country in region.
